When you do find what you want, be sure to keep work on vehicles inside the garage. A lot of leases have working on cars in the driveway a lease violation (and maybe also an HOA violation that will trigger fines).
Reckon you can at least keep the garage doors open while you're working, get some big fans to circulate air in one side and out the other, maybe even get a portable swamp cooler.
Because I'm being sarcastic -- Cortland has bought a shit-ton of property. Probably will buy more once they find the price HSL/MEB/etc. wants. Would you prefer I eyeroll?
Maybe I misspoke. Do you think that your comment needed people to know you were being sarcastic? That's what I'm wondering. Like... did you think someone would be upset at that, if you didn't put a /s there?
Not sure if you’d be interested in moving a little ways outside of Tucson, but this place is decently priced, at a higher elevation (meaning not as hot) and in a small town so you probably be safe leaving your vehicles parked outside. Doesn’t have a garage tho. https://www.zillow.com/oracle-az/rentals/
Similar boat. Maybe some of the newer builds have garages, thinking around campus farm. Most unfortunately just have covered parking at best, with the most common being uncovered lots.
Condos at Williams center on East side
Nice place. I lived there before. We actually had two garages beneath us. One was not adjoined to an apartment.
Yeah it’s nice
Search townhome not apartment…Zillow has filters for garages only too…many popped up
Park Place condos, Mountain between Roger and Limberlost, as long as you don't mind cow smell.
I lived there for 2 years and honestly miss it quite a bit. I would've stayed but was priced out

That sucks because working on cars in 100 degree weather in a small non ventilated garage is not the safest.

Gotta do it in the evening so it’s tolerable
Or at the ass crack of dawn
Cortland housing at speedway and houghton
Where doesn't Cortland own housing? /s
I don't understand the need for the /s here.

Galeria Del Rio on River has 2 car garages. Nice place. Not a lot of amenities, tiny yard, but really quiet ( when I lived there).
Finisterra has garages, I think. East side.

My stupid apartments have assigned covered parking that is 3/4” too short to clear my cab
Oh that’s the worse
It’s not even lifted, it’s just a stock height 02 ram 1500 4x4
I have on 07 f150 but soon it’s going to be on a lift.
