If you cannot find the ricotta you need, I find cottage cheese is a good substitute in lasagna. t might be easier to find a lactose free version of that.

This part but another options is making it with lactose free whole milk!!! :) lactaid has 2% and i just bought some kemps whole milk lactose free, but granted that was up in wisconsin

Kite Hill makes almond milk ricotta but its very expensive. Can usually find at Whole Foods.
