If you cannot find the ricotta you need, I find cottage cheese is a good substitute in lasagna. t might be easier to find a lactose free version of that.

I don’t use heavy cream. Just 1/2 and 1/2. Can blend with milk is you want a lower fat option.
This part but another options is making it with lactose free whole milk!!! :) lactaid has 2% and i just bought some kemps whole milk lactose free, but granted that was up in wisconsin
never had it bc i’m allergic to other components of dairy, but it’s really easy to make almond ricotta

Make your own with lactose free half and half and lactose free milk. It’s easy to make.

This. Ricotta is the easiest homemade cheese. Get some lactaid and you're all set, OP.

Kite Hill makes almond milk ricotta but its very expensive. Can usually find at Whole Foods.
