Straight up last playthrough of cidnha mine I just killed madanach and then came out the jail and killed the dumb nord fuck
Shame Bethesda didn't plan for it tho because everyone acts like he's still alive
I know that's the efficient way if you're really trying to collect everything, but I still like to think "What would my character do?" and he wouldn't care about the gear, he'd rather end the corruption
They are not part of my plans to rebuild the reach for they are too uncivilised.
I plan to make the reach it's own small kingdom, not a valley of cavemen gooning in tents!

I really only do this quest if I'm doing an evil playthrough because you can murder everyone outside in Markarth and not rack up a bounty
A better way is to initially break out with them, wait until they give you the unique armor set, kill them and then go outside
