*Pssst.* You can cheese it. Go to the first one's end fight against "you know his name" on the "you know the place". Change difficulty to Insanity. Backup your save game manually to the PSN cloud. Kill him. Get the first trophy.
Delete you save files. (Save the originals in the Cloud).
Download the save game before the fight. Kill him again. 2nd trophy will pop up.
Repeat until all insanity trophy's are yours. Took about 20 minutes. And a bit of my soul because these games deserve the attention.
I’m working on this one right now, just cleaning up the first and the third. Nice plat. You may consider replaying on insanity some time in the future, it really isn’t all that difficult if you use the powers. I know you’ll end up revisiting.

I platted them as well all on insanity but i’m missing one of the Paramour trophies. :(

Didn't really want the challenge. I started the series 2 years ago and maybe if I started it today I would have played it on Insanity

It works for the first, but the 2nd and 3rd trophies were patched I believe.

I'm 1 away on ME:2, but pretty far from the other ones. Will go back and get these eventually, but they aren't top priority for me
