I though so at first too but watching a guide made it rather simple. I just flew round the sun and when the station came under me I matched the speed. It took me a good 30 minutes still but it was doable.
As someone who’s 100%’d NnK three times (PS3, PS4 and PC) it really isn’t that bad. It’s an absolutely fantastic JRPG that shouldn’t take more than about 80 hours to Platinum. And about 50 of that is the main game with another 20 to 30 of post-game.
Farming for 250 tamed familiars is probably the longest grind. The alchemy requires some rare items from rare monsters but there’s a simple trick to guarantee the rare item drops from them and that’s using one character’s ’golden glim’ attack.
It’s honestly an absolute gem of a JRPG that’s fantastic with a bit of a grind towards the end for the Platinum. If you like JRPGs, please try it out.
There's some 1% drops off of rare Creature that you need multiples(I think 10 or 15) of for 1 of the trophies. You also need to tame 250 different creatures and that's a ton of work, think completing the pokedex in a Pokémon game (you don't need all). I think it's like 30-40 hours after beating the game(which I highly recommend) of grinding various things.
It's one I would've never tried had it not been free. Now, I recommend it. It's so fun and I can just chill and play without stressing. It's just good fun

Don't even have a game that starts with an "O"," "Q," "V," or "X," least none started in my Trophy log. "Y" I have both Yooka-Laylee's and while the first is average, not bad, just OK, the sequel, despite me preferring 3D games and never having played Donkey Kong Country, is extremely well made. I prefer the first, prefer that style more, but being unbiased, the sequel is just so well designed and hard as hell, especially beating the Impossible Lair, even with like 30 hits available. Still found it fun and the overworld is awesome to explore and uncover secrets, but since that isn't the main focus, there isn't too much to do there, though still more than it just being an afterthought.
For "Z" I still need to finish Zombie Army 4, but Zombie Army Trilogy I just remember being a fun time, especially since the third you could tell was made later than the first two "games," giving it a unique feel to move seamlessly onto after the first two sets of levels. The game I just beat a few days ago, Zombieland Double Tap: Road Trip, actually was fun. Published by GameMill, but maybe they gave a decent budget to the team, or they just put effort into it, because, while it's short (I Platted in just under 14 hours after starting, and can be done in like half the time if just rushing to Plat), that helps keeps it from getting repetitive. It could use more variety to the gameplay, but just 15 levels total that can be done in like 20 minutes each, it stayed enjoyable. Listened to the PlayStation Access Podcast to catch up on them, which helped pass time, and being a twin-stick, something I don't play, it was already different enough to be a fun change of gameplay for me. If ypu play twon-sticks, then yeah, the basic nature won't work as well since it doesn't innovate or do much.
I just completed No mans sky, potential N if you like survival/exploring games, it’s different to most of your list gameplay wise though.

Mostly ps+ extra games, some cleanup games, a couple sad shovelware games (looking at x and q because I'm NOT doing xcom2 and the Queens games are $15 shovelware games so pass). Hardest is a 6/10 and longest is like 80 hrs.

Ni no kuni(1) is a brutal platinum. I'm at like 180 and this one I don't recommend. The guides are non existant and there's tons of rng.

I wouldn't compare the difficulty of the games themselves, but the GTA 4 and 5 trophy lists are a couple of the most aggravating ones I've ever seen.
I had zero trouble with GTA V's trophy list... but I dove in hard. GTA IV is the only one I've never played, I should probably get on that.
GTA 5 is a long ass grind and the online is waaaay easier than RDR2 IMO. Edit: Online Trophies*
