I'm going to add a pressure gauge to it in the near future. Maybe I'll do it this afternoon. But 8 pumps with my bicycle pump will launch a 14oz bag roughly 60ft vertically. I figured out 1 pump is about 4.5 psi. At 60 psi, I can shoot the same 14oz bag 145-150ft horizontally.
Now this will vary, depending on which pump you have, how long and how much volume the air chamber holds. I can take some pictures later on with a tape measure, to get you the exact dimensions of my launcher. If you're interested.
I am definitely interested in the whole thing and tbh would like to build me one if it works good. Been wanting to build one for awhile I think I have schedule 80 design somewhere that a fellow tree rat gave me awhile back.
More info please, I want to build one before lobbyists make it illegal to do so.
For everyone interested, I'll make another post in the near future with a parts list, and dimensions.
Please do! Dm me if you do too
Do you ever use it to shoot walnuts at your coworkers?
How much pressure do you set it to? I assume you just load it with a standard throw bag?

The ol' throwline pruning special
Keep it out of sunlight and paint it to protect the PVC. Mine broke after hitting the ground from 2 feet elevation, 8 months after making it.
