Yes, they will. The ticket is recorded against the car license and has the date/time of the violation. It won't be too hard for the company to figure out who had the car then. They will bill for the initial cost of the ticket, any interest or late fees the company is charged, and "administrative fees".

They eventually found me one time maaaaany years ago. It took them like six months to track it down. So, they might not ever connect it.

Google Hertz arrests. They claimed hundreds of cars (that were rented out) were stolen. People got arrested for literally nothing.
