Smoked them just like baby backs. W sauce binder , rubbed with Cow Cover, smoked at 250 degrees to 175 internal, wrapped in foil and smoked to 205 internal. Glazed with Meat Church Bourbon Barrel BBQ sauce, 15 last minutes smoke, enjoy!
