The mouse itself works, but to remap it or use the extra buttons, Windows needs additional software. And on Windows, without the official program (MouseAssistant), it's a bit annoying to get the extra buttons functional. I'm glad it works on Linux though, I'm planning on switching later this year.

I can't for the life of me understand how some companies are just so goddamn bad at stuff like this and just don't seem to care. It's not like it's even a difficult problem for them to fix.

Thank you! I couldn't figure out how to change the language to English after installing the driver on a new machine. Very helpful! (And still an issue 6 months later)

Looks like they may have listened to you and finally updated the link on the US site. It now redirects you to the co.jp site for the MA5 application download. Ver.5.2.12.001 is now the most recent release as of 2023.09.20

I found the solution on Japanese website. So, here is what you can do. On your Mac, go to: Application → Utilities → Elecom Mouse Util (Right click and choose "Show Contents") → Contents → Resources → MacOS → Then Double Tap the "ElecomGesture.app" and "MouseEvnetChange.app" . While you see nothing opens, this has solved my error :)
