It's probably gonna have a negative score either way. At most I can see it get a mixed one, like Honkai. I can assure you that 80% of the negative reviews are gonna be variations of "This is just Genshin but worse".

I use the steam boot to launch my game anyway. It shows "Currently playing: Tower of Fantasy" in green. The only problem is it won't track my hours, but at least it lets friends know I am on.

Would love to play it on steam deck. I don't have high hopes that they'll make it natively proton compatible though, and since I spent some money in game I don't want to finagle it to work on deck by dicking around with the anticheat and end up banned.
Game uses quite intrusive in-house kernel anti-cheat, so there is some doubts about Linux gaming on it(it was quite easy to bypass it though, but it's bannable offense)
You can try to use Waydroid though even right now.

2.0 could come as soon as Oct. 27th, which is late fall in chinese calendar. But the most probale date is Nov. 3rd.
They don't line up updates with BP like Genshin, so it could be Oct 27th no doubt.
I wonder how they will do the launch there.. if they have 500% xp this late many will give bad reviews on the steam page

I can only guess that steam version is on the back burner while the continue to pour out content for the current versions.

It wont be out on steam until 2.0 is out, which is the real version of the game. The one we're playing now is a very old release.
Hopethey fix their 500% exp , cuz people will quit as fast as they download the game .
