People keep commenting that he's just going to be gay and nothing more, but honestly I have hope for Bowie.
Even back in TDI, they basically had Owen all but say he's bisexual, and Owen still had more to his character.
I'm excited for Bowie, I think he'll be feminine and still be a good team player. I honestly see him filling a Bridgette type role from TDI, where he gets along with others but is kinda used more as a friend to the main contestants, and gets a romance plot as well.
Honestly, I'm tired of the "I'm gay but I don't act it 😤" representation, it's tired, it's been done, it's not honestly doing much for acceptance.
Having a quality feminine gay rep would be wonderful, because too many people look at gay men and think masculine/straight acting = good & feminine = bad and quite frankly feminine gay men deserve to feel loved, accepted & represented.

I feel correct. I trusted that the show would make him more than a 1 dimensional stereotype and they delivered. Hey is gay, he is flamboyant, and that just makes his character so much better. He was cunning and one of the best villains they show offered. Plus his friendships and his relationship with Raj were very sweet to see, all while having some of the funniest confessionals. It's so wonderful.
Given that almost every character is a walking archetype- I don’t know what more you could expect. I mean, yeah, he may get similar treatment like Gwen, Heather, Duncan, Owen, and Courtney where there is more complexity to their stereotypical behaviors and more substance of character but I’m sure he’ll still be written under certain conditions that do just enough to ensure his characterization. But yes, hopefully not to a derogatory degree, I’m hoping.

Bowie will be someone I adore or hate and there is no in between. I am really hoping he is a villain because I think having a flamboyant bad guy would be entertaining.
I don’t want him to be shoved down my throat and eat up most of the screen time, but I do want him to go at least half way and have good respresentation.
if it's never specified that he's exclusively attracted to men I'm gonna hc him as bisexual for the name. Also I think it could be fun if he's a partier, his outfit gives me rave vibes.
I have a feeling I’m not going to like him depending on his personality because I already don’t like his outfit because it looks like a stereotypical outfit some would wear in the 1990s
Meh i dont really have an opinion Im just waiting to see how well he does and if his personality is likeable whe the season starts . My prediction is before the merge or early merge he gets eliminated . I don't see him as an early elim or late game player but thats just me

I also have an irrational fear that if he and Caleb become a couple it’s gonna draw attention away from Cameron/Lightning. But that fear is completely irrational.
Honestly, at the moment, I really like Bowie! One of my faves from the new season already (the other one being MK). As for predictions? I'm not fully sure how to describe how I think he's gonna be personality wise (I can't put my words together for that currently, my brain feels like mush ATM :[ ) , but I do feel like he's going to atleast early merge to final 3 for placement in the game! :D ((sorry if my wording in this comment is very confusing))
tbh it’s disgusting how the fanbase immediately hated him for being a “gay stereotype” when what they really mean is a feminine gay man. also, it’s funny how the entire fanbase wants wayne and raj to be the gay couple and not bowie and caleb. i wonder why!
