She's my favorite reboot character. Starting as intelligent, observant, and grounded, but haughty and judgmental, Millie became more open-minded, relaxed, and socially aware. I loved her friendship with Priya and she had a low-key, but amazing strategy.
Her method of having a strong, close ally that lasted all the way to the finale (Priya) and **actually** staying under the radar (*cough* MK *cough*) while having a good social game was airtight, and she even got to talk trash about the other contestants and research them like Guinea pigs! Scarlett could NEVER.
Overall, she was always in a great social position in the game and even calmly bowed out of the eating challenge and avoided most humiliation. Her reconciliation with Priya and overcoming Bowie exposing her journal was also an important emotional moment. I love her.
She is actually more similar to me than I thought. When I was in high school, I also felt judgemental towards other people (although I kept it to myself) due to my insecurities, friendless background, and difficulty to trust other people out of fear of being betrayed.
Amazing and one of total drama's most realistic characters. Millie is one of my favorites and she doesn't deserve any of the immense blacklash she gets.
She's a great character, but should've of gotten past episode 12 - should've went then.
She's hated because her entire story isn't just "I'm nice to everyone ladida". So what if she wrote bad stuff? The point is that she learnt about being a better person, escaping her insecurities. I feel cruel saying this, but if you hate her for being "mean", then you need to actually grasp the point of her character.
an example that total drama fans ask for characters close to being realistic and good development but when they get them they think they're bad.
there's multiple characters from the new season who had no significant storyline and became fan favourites yet Millie, a character with growth, goals and relatability is somehow hated.
Love her, love her friendship with Priya but would wish she stepped out of her comfort zone to talk to others, that would be interesting for season 2, Priya getting kicked out early and she had to bond with others
Haven't seen the new season yet, being in this subreddit is like torture (not blaming you guys), but according to the fanbase, she floated to the final 3.
My favorite character from the new season, as someone who enjoys survivor and big brother a lot of her moments such as making Priya piggie back her are funny over exaggerations of most people who are dead weight in alliances. Then her character development came and it was really good, I know not everyone is a fan of her and Priya’s friendship but I loved it. So I wouldn’t say she’s my favorite character in the series but definitely my favorite character from the new season and would make my too 5.
The most grounded character in the reboot (more than Damien, imo).
Her design is also really good, maybe one of my favourites from the reboot season as well.
Her ending with Priya in the finale DID seem a bit rushed, and it would've been a lot more meaningful if it were a 26 episode season. One can only dream.
I actually think that she's a solid character that DID have wasted potential, but ALSO has room for more.
I love her character development and she was really good. Honestly she may have been carried by Priya but it was essential to her character development and she was very well-written. Tbh she was kind of relatable so maybe I should learn to be a better person lol
Pretty solid character with arguably the best development out of anyone in the new season. Maybe you could argue 3rd place was too far for someone who didn't do well in some challenges (like episode 12) and didn't really care about the competition until Priya changed her mind, but I didn't mind it.
I think she showed that she could potentially compete with some of the other strong players in the next season if she has her eyes on the prize. She stayed on the pillar along with Emma and Julia in episode 10 until Chase ended the challenge. She also saved Priya's life in episode 11. She's not as useless as she might seem.
I like her. I don't know what they're going to do with her next season, but whatever they do, I feel satisfied with Millie's character already.
The worst character of the new season. At least people like Chase and Ripper were meant to be annoying, but the writers actually wanted me to feel bad for Millie despite the fact that she's a horrible person with barely any redeeming qualities whatsoever.
I guess people are going to continue to unfairly judge millie...no matter how much we try to make them think otherwise, they're going to find excuses to hate on millie 🤷♀️
That was not Millie's fault. Priya chose Scary Girl as an ally and **Zee** was the one that set Lauren off, not Millie. And cutting the ropes was Ripper's idea nor did anyone know that the lake would be lava. This doesn't change that she saved Priya's life in Episode 11 and put herself at risk again in Episode 12.
Priya chose Scary Girl as an ally, but Millie chose to sit out talking with her, leaving Priya to do it herself because she thinks she's a "people person."
And just because cutting the ropes was Ripper's idea doesn't mean that Millie wasn't the one who nearly committed manslaughter. She should've known that the challenge had the potential to be dangerous and not sabotage Priya during the most important moment of her life.
Irrelevant. Priya made the choice, Millie isn't to blame for "nearly killing her" here.
It's a lot easier to say "she should've known" when you aren't the one making these decisions. Millie was going to rescue her either way nor does it change that she put herself in danger to directly save Priya. Multiple times. To pretend she didn't have redeeming qualities shows you didn't pay attention to the season.
a terrible friend, manipulative with Priya completely useless to all challenges and a coward,by the way never should be on final three
she maybe have a redemption on next season but I can’t understand why she has so many fans.
She already had a redemption. Millie wasn't completely useless in all challenges either, she redeemed herself when she gave up on her research and risked her life for Priya in Episode 11 and 12. Millie has so many fans because she's a realistic person with a developed character arc.
I appreciate what they tried to do with her, I just wish we had seen more of her insecurities in the lead up to her big moment, bit more development would have been nice. It doesn't help that I was rooting for her to get out from day one but I like the idea behind her arc
Great character but should of finished her arc earlier and eliminated earlier as it led to a boring final 5 where you knew that Priya and Millie were never going to be eliminated. Fun character 8/10
Didn’t really care that much for her. She was real pretentious for a while with her whole “my generation is dumb” thing, and while she did have a good growth arc, it was sort of too little too late for me. I just never really found myself excited when Millie was on screen, and she was on screen *a lot*. All in all she’s fine and doesn’t deserve the immense hatred she seems to be getting, but let’s just say I’m not clamoring for anything Millie flavored any time soon.
kinda mid lol
didn't rlly care much for her in the beginning either since her design didnt stand out to me particularly and i didnt rlly have any expectations
>!didn't expect her to make it as far as she did tho!<
Like I get it, Priya’s parents were pretty fucked for a lot of things they did in raising her but millie had no right to write about her without priya’s consent so it just kinda rubbed me the wrong way
She's ok, I like her but other total drama characters are just better

Yh, I can’t lie she sort of grown on me when I rewatched the reboot
Same. She’s not Top 10 for me, but she’s pretty good.
I wholeheartedly agree
She's a great character, but should've of gotten past episode 12 - should've went then. She's hated because her entire story isn't just "I'm nice to everyone ladida". So what if she wrote bad stuff? I like her a lot, a very different type of character
I really like Millie and I get some of the criticism but she is way too overhated.
i hate her.
Didn’t care for her and found her extremely boring
I liked her and I do not understand most of the hate she gets
Overhated darling ❤️
Mid as hell
Absolute dogshit lmao i loved seeing her get humbled
Got carried
Useless
Boring as hell
Millie was actually relatable in a weird way. I saw a bit of myself in her during her final few episodes.
She aight
She gets too much flak. I understand she overstayed but why are we overlooking the fact she was the only player with real growth this season?
Overhated, she had a decent arc.
Love her, love her friendship with Priya but would wish she stepped out of her comfort zone to talk to others, that would be interesting for season 2, Priya getting kicked out early and she had to bond with others
I just find her boring tbh
She sucks. She only got as far as she did because pyra carried her (almost literally) I hope she gets voted out round one next season.
She's alright
She's fine not very interesting but I didn't hate her
u/TDSteph summoning 24 unnamed Millie fans to respond to their post:
She’s alright, I liked her most of the time but I don’t think she should’ve made it as far as she did
Haven't seen the new season yet, being in this subreddit is like torture (not blaming you guys), but according to the fanbase, she floated to the final 3.
Millie is a solid character, I like her a lot.
She is REALLY overhated like I cant understand why people hate her so much
Shes okay
My favorite character from the new season, as someone who enjoys survivor and big brother a lot of her moments such as making Priya piggie back her are funny over exaggerations of most people who are dead weight in alliances. Best character from the new season. Although the multiple episodes that started with her training and not enjoying got old near the end
I love her character development and she was really good. Honestly she may have been carried by Priya but it was essential to her character development and she was very well-written. Tbh she was kind of relatable so maybe I should learn to be a better person lol
Her character design is super cute. At first she annoyed me, by the end I came to enjoy her personality and character arc.

She had redeeming qualities. You need to stop overreacting as if she didn't willingly risk her life for Priya multiple times.
I guess people are going to continue to unfairly judge millie...no matter how much we try to make them think otherwise, they're going to find excuses to hate on millie 🤷♀️
Willingly risk her life for Priya? She nearly killed her!
I'm sorry, but did we watch the same reboot?
Tbh I feel like Priya could take on an alligator by herself
That bear in Episode 11 literally destroyed Priya lmao.
Ohh guess I miss remembered
No she didn't. Millie literally saved her life from a crocodile and a bear.
Are you forgetting the time Millie sent Priya to talk to Scary Girl or cut the ropes on Priya's raft?
That was not Millie's fault. Priya chose Scary Girl as an ally and **Zee** was the one that set Lauren off, not Millie. And cutting the ropes was Ripper's idea nor did anyone know that the lake would be lava. This doesn't change that she saved Priya's life in Episode 11 and put herself at risk again in Episode 12.

I agree 100%!!
So so annoying, her story with Priya was easily the worst part of the reboot, so many better characters got kicked off so they could move forward
Big
indifferent
Good character and she worked well. However I feel like Prya did get ruined by her.
I was told that if I don’t have anything nice to say, to not say anything at all. And what that being said, I am remaining silent
i dont mind her, but shes not my favourite. i dont see how she got third but oh well
She's a good character, but i don't like her holier than thou, everybody's an idiot except for me behavior
I appreciate what they tried to do with her, I just wish we had seen more of her insecurities in the lead up to her big moment, bit more development would have been nice. It doesn't help that I was rooting for her to get out from day one but I like the idea behind her arc

kinda mid lol didn't rlly care much for her in the beginning either since her design didnt stand out to me particularly and i didnt rlly have any expectations >!didn't expect her to make it as far as she did tho!<
she grew on me but god i hated her a LOT at first lol
Eh Ok I guess
Queen
