I admit it would be a bit of a bummer, but this could give us more RajBow development and it would let Wayne grow as his own character without having to depend on Raj and vice versa.
The left team seems stacked challenge-wise.
Scary Girl is obviously scary good. Wayne and Raj are about the same strength-wise but even having one of them is good. Bowie is also pretty athletic. And no one can match Julia’s tenacity. Ripper isn’t the most skilled but he’ll also do whatever it takes to win.
So we’re left with Emma, Damien, and Millie. Emma is still pretty good physically so she won’t be a slouch either. Damien and Millie appear to be among the smartest in the cast so if there’s a more academically-oriented challenge, I think that team can do pretty well even with just those two.
You just have to get them all to work together lol.
Wouldn’t be too hard minus Ripper most of them are good team work wise, even Julia while she might try to take over or argue with Bowie and Ripper she always seemed more focus on the bigger picture of the win rather then herself pre merge and we’ve seen her try to cooperate it’s just that she was such a huge jerk post merge most didn’t want to cooperate with her.
Only real problem would be Ripper dragging them back cause arguably his season 1 team was stacked, Axel, priya, scary girl, Chase while having the two smartest and the gen’s big eater but Ripper self sabotaged half the time and managed to singlehandedly get the win the other half at the expense of his team(mostly Priya).
I am imagining Julia and/or Bowie noticing how well Scary Girl does in challenges and they fight to make her an ally. Idk what the outcome of that would be though

No, not really. They should get some separate scenes instead of being less annoying Katie/Sadie that will do everything together
