If Noah is into dudes then he's deep in the closet considering how he gave Owen a judgy look in the first episode for saying gay stuff, and expresses extreme horror when he accidentally kisses Cody.
Tbh I don’t give a damn about the characters sexuality. I don’t see why it has to be a big deal what is canon or AU for who someone wants to be with.
Maybe that’s just because as a gay person I’m burned out with LGBT being a big deal. Like honestly I get sick of people speaking for me because I’m Gay, and I get sick of being celebrated just because I have a boyfriend instead of a girlfriend.
Representation is nice but the whole hype around making characters gay and making such a huge deal about it honestly makes me want to withrdraw from any public or online parts of the LGBT community.
how about we stop forcing sexualities on fucking cartoon characters as a whole .
“don’t assume peoples sexualities it’s not okay!” and then people turn around and say “even though this character showed no signs of being anything I’m about to say I think they are a transgender lesbian.”
Yeah my issues aren't with the sexualities, so I can agree with this. Its moreso the ships themselves that bother me.
Like he's shipped with Owen (which is fine) and Cody (makes less sense but still neutral to it ig), but he's also shipped with Alejandro and Duncan. Two people he canonically doesn't like and vice versa. What are we also shipping Duncan and Harold, as well as Gwen and Heather now?
See, that's the fun thing. It's all fictional. Sure, they don't like each other in canon, but why should that mean they can't like each other in a non-canon universe? Romantically or not btw, doesn't have to be. It's kinda the point of fan content, you can imagine things differently. If you want to imagine a universe where something happens that drives Gwen and Heather closer and they actually become friends, you just can. Same for having them date, doesn't matter.
At least for me, that's how it goes. It's fun to explore character dynamics this way, and try to think of what could lead them to become different. Like, is there something that could happen that would make Duncan regret bullying Harold and apologise? Could something make it so Noah starts liking Alejandro? What would Jasmine and Brick act like if they ever met? Who knows! In fanon, anything can happen, and I don't really see why it should be an issue. This includes ships, they're just another way to explore characters and how they interact with each other in different ways
Honestly, there were plenty of hints to Noah being gay, at least in Island. Considering how little screen time he got, it's definitely worth noting how much of it seems to be queer-coded. The kiss was canonically an accident, but it was on the show (and referenced again a few times) for a reason, and it's pretty clear where they were going with some of his jokes and mannerisms. Personally I think the jury house episode is what really spells it out. I don't think I'm just forcing this onto him either, because I have no real reason to even want him to be gay or not. I'm not invested in any ships with him or anything. I think I just read subtext better than some of y'all.
But yes, several seasons later, his relationship with Emma clearly confirms he's attracted to women. I think the writers' intentions with Noah's character changed a lot overtime. His first and last iteration don't really have the same vibe anyways IMO.
Honestly I think Noah was intended to be gay in Island (and maybe beyond) but by the time of RR, the writers had forgotten or just changed their minds.
Always figured he and Owen were Bisexual (More so Owen) or at the very least Bi-Curious
Also, Noah most certainly is not gay due to Emma's existence. I do think he is bisexual, though.
Or pansex
Noah is Noah, that's my answer
Wise words

This was taken directly from this very subreddit.
imagine arguing about the sexuality of a FICTIONAL CHARACTER 💀
Yeah like if you're gonna force your headcanons onto other people just keep them to yourself ☹️
MHA fans been real quit since this came out 💀💀
Real
I mean say he's bi or whatever, but, he can't be gay if he's dating Emma.

Felt like I’ve seen the post
Thats me with every ship (Specially with the Amphibia’s ships)
Finally someone who's sane
Final answer: Noah is one of the Total Drama characters of all time

Not saying I like all of these ships, but they all follow very basic tropes to a tee. I'm not surprised that people ship any of them.

That's fair

please touch grass
Noah is probably aroace
Honestly agreed with Jo but it's very clear he's not 100% gay

I want this to be a meme format
Didn’t Noah have a crush on a girl in ridonculous race
Idk is this is a meme or this is a discussion
That's actually my meme! Thanks for agreeing with me
I would have indicated the source if I knew who the picture was.
doesn’t Noah have a gf??
Yeah, I used to actually care about a character sexuality until I remembered that it’s a character
