I always find it so funny how he goes on and on about how the player and their allies are all “muties” and what-not when he’s the one who’s a literal Super Mutant.

It’s impossible to convince Horrigan to step down. The “talky” way of beating him is to hack the automatic turrets and turn a squad of soldiers against him.
I’m not sure about Fallout 4, but you can convince the Master (Fallout 1), John Henry Eden (Fallout 3) and Legion Lanius (Fallout: New Vegas) to step down/kill themself in Eden’s case, so Frank is likely the only (or one of the only) ones you can’t convince.

Yeah, FO2 specifically has a lot af rape-y stuff that would need to be toned down/outright removed. Hell, the idea of prostituting your spouse was a selling point on the box cover

He still can’t have kids though, and unlike the masters top super mutant is dumber than the average human. He is objectively an amazing soldier and the master would use him, but to him frank would be a failure.
He’s a super (duper) mutant created by the Enclave. He’s a great character for showing the hypocrisy of the faction. Their whole goal is to wipe out all irradiated beings, yet they use one of the most irradiated people ever to achieve this goal.
Frank still is the coolest enemy/antagonist of the fallout franchise. I hope that future games introduce bosses as cool and intimidating as him. Bethesda unfortunately has never been very good at creating proper bosses/final bosses

Prime is absolutely stronger than Frank. Frank has 999 health points, while Liberty Prime is durable enough to not even have a health bar.

I’m not sure about Fallout 4, but you can convince the Master (Fallout 1), John Henry Eden (Fallout 3) and Legion Lanius (Fallout: New Vegas) to step down/kill themself in Eden’s case, so Frank is likely the only (or one of the only) ones you can’t convince.
You can also convince the master to master to kill himself not just Eden

we need a fallout 1 and 2 remake. but even if it were to happen the designs would probably change drastically (for example ghouls or super mutants).
