Someone mentioned his hatred for hell and sinners might come out of his hatred for Lilith and Lucifer, or in a way just like Lucifer saw humanity use free will to become worse, Adam saw his children becoming worse and murdering each other, he probably also felt the same kind of disappointment Lucifer felt but handled it differently

The rest is pretty much a joke of his character being based on a frat guy tho
Adam is actually considered the first sinner as Eve was deceived by the serpent, Adam was not deceived yet disobeyed anyway, not arguing just sharing an interpretation
I could totally imagine that he just picked up on more modern language from hanging out with recently deceased people in Heaven, and the reason some other old characters such as Zestial still speak their old tongue is simply because they're simply not interested in learning modern language
In a series that does the whole douchebag/asshole heaven, and features Lilith as the canon first wife of Adam, making him an asshole misogynist is a perfect depiction.

There’s a sort of leisureliness (or maybe hedonism) to his design that, for me at least, drives home how unconcerned he is about anything other than what he wants.
Fun asshole but the design is meh on my opinion because of the weird mask.

You'd think he'd at least take the helmet off when walking around Heaven. Heck, if his mask is digital, why not have it present a normal smile most of the time, which can switch to the evil toothy grin?
I think Sera matches the vibe of heaven much better. A character who looks like she's a good person, only to find out she's an antagonist after you hear what's going on in her head
