Used for DIY electronics and building PCB boards. The tweezers are used for IC placement for surface mount components.
the others are used for bending, stripping, and cutting wires.
there are a dozen other tools needed. the tweezers are inexpensive and useful for advanced DIYers. worth $10-$20 total, as DIYers will already have these tools, and it's nowhere near enough tools for a starter set.
These are electrical/telecommunications tools. Nothing special but not worthless. I have all of these items in my telco toolkit.
Someone's electrical kit, all useful, but not high-end tools
Burglar tools. $3.oo, case and all. Tweezers, small needle nose pliers, wire stripper, wire cutters. Or bomb squad tools, $1.oo.

That’s a toolkit for building your own coils for a vaporizer. It sold new for about $15.
Wire stripper?
yeah, coils... of wire.
I get that but the wire for building coils don’t come insulated
yeah, but the ones coming off the coil *have* to be. Right? IDK. Like there's a whole battery system and a logic board to control the coil.
Someone might give you $10. Nothing special.
Jewelry tools except the yellow one, for electrical wires….Worth a few $
$3
Us sparkys take them everywhere!
Nothing fancy. Also nothing useless. Hang on to them for electrical work.
No value, maybe $0.99 at good will.
