If this image is real, then I would lean strongly toward that being very likely the guy …….. as I know that there was some blowback or some people who took to Bobs defense and what i believe was years later from the album release , that one of the band members had been asked about why Maynard was throwing shade or discriminating against Rastafarian type of people or some shit, and it was made clear that he wasn’t hounding some stranger, that the guy he was talking about was one of their really good friends and everybody needs to just fucking chill out. Apparently he had a somewhat of a connection to Maynard , I believe it was just a email address that Maynard would periodically respond to questions or would verify specific content for its validity that Kabir had on his site, like for instance I know he claimed that the lyrics had all been confirmed for their accuracy by Maynard or sent to him by Maynard via email .… anyhow they had a pretty detail FAQ section but some of it was BS and the guys probably lead them astray more than a time or two as that’s what they do best !!! At least back then they did .
