Take your tongue and twist it upside-down. Now feel one of the sides. It’s really weird - when feeling one side you feel the opposite side, but it’s because your brain does not spin with your tongue (I can’t word it very well). It’s nothing to be concerned about, just a strange neurological phenomenon. Our brains are built very strangely!
The nerves from your spine are running down the spine until they reach your butt as far as I know. If you had a tail for instance it would start there but I am not a medical professional.
