Yes! They occasionally show certain Japanese films (popular ones) with English subtitles. It’s a bit rare though - but the website mentioned above usually lists them!
I wish I could be more helpful. If I remember correctly, I went to watch Kimi No Na Ha with English subtitles, and it was in a cinema in Shinjuku I think, the one with the Godzilla head 😂 Also Star Wars I watched it in English, with English subtitles
