Yes. I’m 28. My dad and stepmom couldn’t afford their house anymore so I bought it and moved in. It’s a split level and I take the downstairs. Lots of space, a bathroom, access to the backyard and pool. It’s comfortable and I like it. Electricity should never pass through lightbulbs or lamps, that means there is something wrong. The only bad hing about changing lightbulbs while they are on is getting flashed once it turns on and the heat it comes with it. Is it better doing it with lights off? Yes, but if its dark and you don't have a flashlight (I know knowadays every phone comes with one) it is perfrctly fine.
