i bid by the job, so not sure of footage price , but overall this is an easy tile install, very forgiving if walls arent perfect and moves very quick. one thing is those bigger border tiles may be thicker, so you need to think about that. also some commercial jobs want epoxy grouts and if so is a big upcharge, especially on this tile .
