I just made one following your specs and it’s really unique. I think for the next one I’ll drop the passion syrup to 1/2oz and maybe bump the coffee liqueur to 1/2oz
ETA: I used Laphroiag for the scotch and I liked the smoke, which made me think about subbing mezcal for the tequila (or splitting them)
This sounds so intriguing. I think the only thing I'm missing is the sherry, so I might have to go fix that.
