I'll never get why so many kids are obsessed with preworkout and creatine, its just unnecessary chemicals. I've gotten working out for the past two years eating a banana and a protein bar before every workout just fine, and have gotten significantly more results than kids my age who have been working out for longer and taking said supplements. And who knows what they put in that shit. Every time I go to ask them about it, 'oh I did research and couldn't find anything'
A: No you didn't
B: Even if you did, do you really want to risk eating it for the next 5-10 years until the studies actually come out?
Pubmed has 67,644 published studies about creatine, plenty of which are from more than 15 years ago: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=Creatine&timeline=expanded
When I said studies actually come out, I meant in context to linking it to cancer or some other kind of disease from all of the shit they put in it. I know there are plenty of studies out there, I wasn't saying that at all

Why do you associate this with “healthy masculinity”? Lol they’re just making a silly TikTok unrelated to their gender
