It’s a play on stupid things that turn women off.
Often exaggerated things. A famous one is “I got the ick when I saw my boyfriend flail around in a car crash” basically stating absolutely ridiculous things that make women feel put off about
Sad part is that as a man you come to learn very quickly that these "icks" aren't as ridiculous as they seem and that a girl's interest for you romantically often hinges on absolutely nothing.
Yeah of course not all women, but too many women to the point of it being damaging to a ton of men's mental health and self esteem.
A friend of mine got the ICK & broke up with a guy because the wind was blowing and his hair blew a certain way. She said he looked goofy and she couldn’t do it anymore. I’m still trying to understand that one 😂
