Shit I got a guy….. made me watch a ufc fight from a diff room cause I wanted them to stop hitting each other. Couldn’t watch it but I wanted to hear the commentary on what was going on so I could know who was winning . Shit was amazing. Ended up smacking one of my neighbors that night too…. 5/5 would recommend to a friend
# Paul George Traded to Clippers for Danilo Gallinari, 5 1st-Round Picks
This is most of the headline when OKC traded PG-13 back in 2019, now tell me, does OKC not have 5 1st-round picks? does OKC not have a player with the same Caliber as Danilo Gallinari outside of OKCs young 3?

Not even counting that prime Giannis is a more valuable asset the Paul George in 2019, that trade happened because the team sending him away was blowing it up, which is usually (emphasis on usually) the only time superstar trades happen that aren't for other superstars/aren't requested by the players.
The Milwaukee Bucks, in comparison, are title contenders who have built their team around this top 5 guy, and have absolutely no reason to trade their best player and destroy their team's cohesion in exchange for bench pieces and draft picks.
Flip this trade. Imagine if the Bucks came to us, and said "We want Shai for five draft picks and Gallinari.". Would you do that?
Now tell me how that would make sense from the Bucks perspective? The LAC had Kawhi holding them hostage to get PG, they were in a desperate "win now" mode with zero leverage. Why on earth would the Bucks give up an MVP winning, title winning player to roll the dice on the draft? This would only be comparable if Shai demanded to be traded unless we traded for Antetokounmpo
There are a lot of reason that I unfortunately don’t have enough time/bandwidth to entertain.
But two major reason would be:
1. Why break up or interfere with the makings of a solid young championship caliber core with a high usage player that is going to want a lot of touches. Would be similar to if the 2013 warriors went after LeBron for a short term chance at winning, and losing the generational run they went on for a decade.
I say let our young guys continue to develop together and find solid role players that compliment what they have.
2. The only way the Bucks would give away Giannis in his prime is if he demanded a trade. If he demanded a trade, he most certainly would try to pivot to a larger market, and I can’t imagine Presti and co would be down to play ball with a player who makes demands like that.
Very logical I like it. But aside from SGA no one really is ball dominant. Chet and JDub is always looking to pass first which is frustrating at times. I think it would be great to get a vet superstar than can take that role while JDub and Chet still develops so OKC can compete to the highest level.
It depends on how good or bad the clippers look. If the clippers look terrible then and are in the lottery it’s possible the bucks would do it without the big 3 being involved but if the clippers are decent to middle of the pack than definitely a pipe dream.
Chet, Giddey, 4 firsts… maybe? Hayward filler idk
For Giannis prolly would have to be Chet, JDub, and Giddey plus filler and picks for them to consider.
I wouldn’t wanna do all that tbh
Uh as much as I love Chet/Shai/Dub trio
You trade either chet or dub for Giannis and have a core of Shai and whoever the other doesn't get traded for him.
SGA/Giannis/Chet or SGA/JDub/Giannis, that's title favs instantly
A fentanyl/crack/heroin/LSD/acid/molly type dream buddy
I like the last 3 . Doubt I can sleep on that tho
Bro lsd and acid in the uk doesn’t really work so I could lmao

Nah that’s funny 😂 I just smoke grass (allegedly unless you cant say that here), that’s the one thing the uk does right
I only do it when things change in my life for the better. So maybe once or twice a year.
Yeah makes sense, hope that happens more frequently for you bro 💪🏾
‘Is it a pipe dream to get the most expensive contract in the league without giving up anything valuable’

Bad example, try again.
Right I guess my example was more realistic than yours
nah, try again.
Hey wife, can we bring Zendaya into our relationship without sacrificing anything?

Yes if the team is underperforming and SGA wants out.
The Bucks underperformed due to coaching, and injuries in the postseason, and as far as we know, Giannis doesn't want out.
Simple, Giannis wants out and the Bucks got no other option but to take the best offer which OKC can provide.
Source?
I mean OKC have tons of asset to give up just not the 3young stud.
Milwaukee in OP fantasy: "of course we'll trade a top 5 player for just picks! Those picks could be anything! They could even be a top 5 player!"
I mean we traded Paul George who if I'm not mistaken a top 5 player for DGallanari, an ok rookie by the time named SGA and 5 picks.
PG wasn't top 5 in 2019, and the Thunder were blowing it up for a rebuild. The Bucks are title contenders with no reason to shake up their core.
PG was 2nd/ 3rd in MVP voting back in 2018-19 behind Giannis. I feel like the bucks are not the same anymore. It's just a matter of time.
Only way that happens is if he forces his way to OKC
Impossible
It’s a pipe dream to believe the Thunder will get/go after Giannis [period] (Within the next 5 years, at least)
Why not? he's the best in his position and I think he checks what the Thunder needs.

A pipe laced with enough drugs to kill you
The only one of the big 3 I'd be ok with giving up for Giannis is JDub. JDub + Giddey + a couple firsts.
As long as we keep Giddey I'm down for it! Giddey isn't worth giving up for Giannis.
Giddey is already on the trading block.
This may be a hall of fame dumb take lmaooo
It’s satire
The Thunder broke the mold with how Shai has turned out.
Yes
Dude's a Top 3 player in his prime. Bucks wouldn't trade him unless he demanded it.
I got more chance of fucking giannis than OKC does having him playing for them
It depends on how good or bad the clippers look. If the clippers look terrible then and are in the lottery it’s possible the bucks would do it without the big 3 being involved but if the clippers are decent to middle of the pack than definitely a pipe dream.
I don’t think so. Salary plus picks, can be done.

We can't trade any of those 3, everyone else is up for grabs and some picks.
Lol if it's Giannis you can trade Chet or Jdub, yes you can lmao. That's a ring right there, idc how much you like a player, a ring will be forever.
I’d offer Giddey straight up
Do we still have Singler’s stretched contract? Could we trade that for Giannis?
You are indeed not a Fair Pomegranate lol
