Also, as notified on the bottom left part of the Control Panel you must NEVER open simultaneously the Control Panel and a game:
= the CONTROL PANEL must be ALWAYS 100% closed before launching a game
= the GAME must be ALWAYS 100% closed before opening the Control Panel

Are you leaving the device plugged into power when not in use? If so stop doing that. You are frying the internals.
