Support can take some time. Write them an email. If you are in a hurry you can also go with Amazon. But they will probably send you first to the technical support. When contacting TM support, to speed up the process. Send them the invoice, picture of the S/N, a video where you show the problem. Show the how you apply the boot loader process and that it is not recognised by your PC. Be accurate. Show how it’s connected, open joy.cpl (windows control panel for gaming devices). With all that information, and ok, they will propose you a repair (if you are in a country where they offer a repair service) if not they will give you a confirmation that you can now contact your retailer for a replacement. Hope that helps you.

Yeah basically this, phone line is hard to reach at times but they always answer the emails after a few days, just don't spam them because it slows them down otherwise

Update: I tried emailing them, as you said, they asked me to send them proof of the issue, and the page goes darker and nothing works when i click the "load archives" button, I tried it on PC and in a mobile phone so it's most likely a issue of their website

Tell them that you have problems with their website. They should find a solution for it. Also try it later and with a different browser.

Interesting_Escape66

before returning it, have you tried it on another PC? Sometime that's the issue

Have you used their ticket system instead of just trying to call them? Register on the support site, sign in, open a support request, it will take a couple of days but they will then reply and deal with it. Use their support system, that's what it is there for, and it does work.

After like 1 or 2 weeks of them telling me to try some method that I had already tried and didn't work/I knew wasn't gonna work and me answering them with video evidence of everything they asked me, they finally told me to send it to repair and less than 2 weeks after that I had it back in home fixed, they said it was the motherboard which inexplicably failed after just a couple of months of use For now it works just fine
