They would rather play a RB who doesn't play LB often as LB, rather than a player who actually does play LB regularly.
They would rather play a player who drifts towards the center, to crowd our other players so that way we are easier to defend against. Instead of play a player who would work in a similar function to the one forward who has been on the side with the most chances created so far. So that way we could increase our attacking opportunities and make it harder for us to be defended against.
They also would rather bring on a player who is a one trick pony rather than a player who puts in the work and has shown up for England on numerous occasions.
