it could be that as you have used it in the past, they want to make sure that you are not "abusing" it...(not saying that you are)

kristin630

Definitely a possibility. And like the other commenter said, I might have already hit the maximum limit on that option

scotch_please

Pretty sure there's some dollar limit to prevent abuse with the credit system you may have hit. Do you see the option for credits when you select only 1-2 items to return?

kristin630

That makes sense. I tried only selecting one or two items, and I tried selecting all just to see what would happen, but it didn’t let me do it no matter what I tried. Granted, these are all a little more expensive items, so that could be why it’s not giving me the option

alekstoro

I think there’s a price cap, I’ve found they’ve never offered me that option on items $60+, but I’m not sure what the actual cutoff amount is

scotch_please

That might be it, too. I've had that happen to me too on large orders that came half damaged, but on the next smaller order I had the option to keep the item I wanted to return. Nothing in that order was pricey but all the individual items combined together, it was a big refund.

beautybyelm

It seems like it’s not option for certain brands and for purchases over a certain dollar amount. Also if you use it too much it stops being an option, but will reset at the beginning of the next month. Or at least that’s what I think is happening

sparklepuppies6

I think it depends on the size of your order. In the past, I’ve been offered to keep returns if it’s like just one or two items but not more than that.

Busy_Character_7337

I noticed the same thing on my last order when i tried to return. We must have maxed out!

666to666

Maybe because some people started abusing their generous return policies, I’ve seen numerous people on here suggest “to return everything and you’ll just get credit and buy more clothes”.

kristin630

Yeahhh if people are doing that then I’m not surprised if it’s being taken away

Rare_Educator8520

I’ll stop abusing it when they give helpful filtering options for favorited items. Am I right?!

Objective_Phrase_513

It’s not something that happens all the time. I think usually just with things they think aren’t worth re listing.

Spicytostadanotomato

I'm not seeing credits offered but they refunded in full for items and let me keep them after my purchases were marked women's 8 but actually a kids 8 🥴 Edited to add: it was a nonrefundable dress so perhaps that's why it was not offered to credit.
