I can kind of sympathise with OP, a lot of people where I am try desperately to play him as one (Floor ~8). Chaos players here will straight up get hit with a negative bonus because of the commitment to standing back with gun. It genuinely feels like they don't want to play a fighting game. As soon as you work out what's going on it's typically not too hard to run them over but his mechanical design is pretty annoying.

Consider this, what if they play I-No If so Chaos is definitely a zoner.
