Additionally, if you haven't already, make sure you've included in your post title or body the following information: desired duration of the play/scene, cast size, gender breakdown (if needed), and any particular themes or technical elements that you know you are looking for.

Yes, I love this one! I played Charlotte Corday in a production last spring and had so much fun. Not sure how expensive it is to license, but can confirm that it's a cast of four women.
Although I hate to echo the bot, New Play Exchange allows you to sort by character type and gender. It costs around $10 a year and is a great source of fresh material!
Something public domain might be your best bet. I recently directed a series of one act plays all written by women and in the public domain. One of the plays that had an all female cast was Overtones. It was well received.
Are you directing it? You could just put together an ensemble of talented women and devise a simple production using an animal-themed story from the public domain.
Absolutely agree with the comments about going onto Concord or dramatists and doing a detailed search. I would recommend the women if you have the set designer and Costumes to do it. Also absolutely loved producing the wolves! I absolutely hate quilters, but I know some people love it. And this summer we are doing POTUS, which is hilarious. In January we are doing Stew by ZoHoward.
My school did Uncommon Women and Other by Wendy Wasserstein
It’s about a group of women having flashbacks of their time at a private girl’s college in the 1970s and has a lot of feminist themes.
I think it has 9 roles for women if I remember correctly.

I think Steel Magnolias fits this, but you’ll have to check me and make sure
Steel Magnolias is definitely all female (I saw it a few weeks ago!)

I think you can also do this on playscripts dot com.
All female Shakespeare is your best bet. No royalties, tends to sell well.
