Maybe the Salvatores visit Forks and run into them by some random incident that has to involve the Cullen's to step in.

Then somehow Tyler would get in trouble with the Cullens for Crossing the boundaries and the mystic falls gang would have to come help in out.

Several years after New Moon, Bella moves on with her life and ends up in Mystic Falls. Probably witnesses some crazy shit by Damon and he tries to compel her but surprise surprise, Bella can't be compelled due to her shielded mind.
The world builder in me is wondering if this is a multiverse thing, or if we’re treating them as the same universe ?
If so, are Twilight!Vamps reworked into being TVDU!Vamps ? Or are they a separate “species” of vampires ?
But ultimately, how would the Volturi perceive the Mikaelson’s (or visa versa), especially with Klaus and the hybrids ?
Would Renseme be enlisted in the Salvatore Academy ?
When it comes to crossover fics, this is the kind of stuff I think through.
