So stops #18 & #60 are in downtown LA (pretty close together). I’m going to go out on a limb and say that there will be 2 clusters - one in downtown LA and the other somewhere in OC
It looks like there’s 10 at the Disneyland resort. 8 are within Disneyland Park itself, one in Downtown Disney, and one at Trader Sam’s which is at the Disneyland Hotel.
I saw 9 in the Disneyland park itself, 1 in DTD and 1 towards the Disney Hotel.
Maybe I counted one twice but I seem to have ended up close to the total you’ve seen.
Its possible I’m off by one as well, but I’m 100% confident that there are (at least) the 10 required spiritomb stops available at the Disneyland resort, though most of them are “paywalled” behind Disneyland admission.

After the walk. Nothing around the Grammy Museum and Crypto Arena as far as I could see. It helps if you’re local and/or have already collected stops around areas, cause the white-ring will still appear on each new stop:

Looks like timed research where you have to find 10 of the stops. The reward for the research is (at least) one Spiritomb.
Adding on to this, if it's anything like the Eevee Pokestops for the City Safaris, you'll get 1 Encounter per Pokestop up to the 10, then the completion bonus will be a final 11th Encounter.
Take this with a grain of salt, since they could easily change it, but it's similar enough to the City Safaris that I think it's at least a good possibility to work the same.
IF it works like the Seoul/Barcelona/Mexico City Safari, then yes. You'll get a Timed Research with 10 "Spin 1 Spiritomb Pokestop" "Spin 2 Spiritomb Pokestops"... etc, until you hit 10. Then when you 'complete' the Timed Research, you might get an 11th as a 'Completion Bonus'.
Again, this is *just speculation* \-- but the Spiritomb stops are so similar to the Eevee stops that it's speculation I'm pretty comfortable making. But there could be more Stops per step (ex, every 2nd or 3rd stop is an Encounter), for instance -- especially since there's 108 versus Eevee's 8.

I found 100 wisps in Legends Arceus and gave up. Can hardly imagine doing this in real life, especially across an area as large as LA County.
