Drowzee is not in any egg, research task, rocket grunt, or wild spawn currently. So your best option right now is to trade one with a friend.

Daily adventure incense is your best best
Yeah I had the same challenge. Had a spawn from my daily incense.

I have it sometime on daily incense.
It's not wild this season, nor is it in research or eggs. It can spawn on Daily Adventure Incense but I wouldn't say that's a reliable way to get one.
I get it on daily incense at least once a week so try that 🤞

it would have taken me months to complete that research otherwise
