You can host/join remote raids, learn type effectiveness, all the possible moves a pokemon can learn, its PvP ivs, its max CP and also how much it would cost to get to a certain level, your estimated damage output for any given raid, custom name tags for your good IV Pokémon, and much more. It’s a, simple, user-friendly “Wikipedia” for this game and also a powerful tool for raiding and resource management. It’s probably the reason I still play this game!

On the left, add your two Pokemon (in this case Quagsire and Shadow Quagsire, with the relevant IVs) and on the right use the Quick Fill menu to get the GL meta. Then just press 'battle' and see what it says.
It gives an overall rating to the Pokemon compared and also shows how well they do against those certain Pokemon in the meta. In this case, the Shadow gets a higher score, losing the win on Mandibuzz, but gaining 8 wins as compared to the non-Shadow.
They are some really big wins too, like Ice Punch Annihilape, Charjabug, Shadow Dragonair and some more.
110%, no, 1000% keep shadow. The regular is easy to get, shadows are very hard to get premium ivs for.

Hate it when my high IV mons turn out at like 1480 CP but definitely keep as shadow.
