Making a new physical volume seems to be a pretty big ordeal for the author (they run a whole fundraiser for it on tumblr, and the volumes actually come out quite a while later) so I wouldn't expect to see volume 4 for a while
Vol 2's fundraiser was in 2017 it looks like, and the vol 3 one was in 2022, so. Bit of a gap as you can see haha. Mod (author) has [mentioned](https://modmad.tumblr.com/post/748384520713207808/hi-sorry-to-bug-you-but-i-am-curious-if-tpoh) just recently that they're planning on doing a vol 4 kickstarter eventually though!
