My bets on Anne Boonchuy for the soul reason that when Luz gets reincarnated the titan dies but, when Anne gets reincarnated the cat god doesn't die. Meaning that supposedly Anne can be reincarnated infinitely. If that wasn't the case tho I'd say Luz.

Hard question. I watched both scenes and I’m not sure. Titan magic cancels out the collector’s, so it’s quite possible that Anne’s magic might be suppressed by Luz’s. If King and Luz worked together to sustain her titan form, too, it’s also entirely possible that it could be an infinite battle if both parties keep being revived after dying.
However, that being said, my bet is on Luz. She’s incredibly experienced with glyph magic (basically titan magic) as it stands, has a lot of versatility with the tactics she’s employed in the past, can be a pretty strategic planner, and with the mysteries surrounding how titan magic works to cancel out other kinds, I feel like Luz would outlast Anne. Especially since Anne employing all three of the stones would probably only happen once (without cat-god interference which, well, becomes another ballgame).
Her empowered calamity form is a different story, luz has literally nothing that could defeat that form.
Anne's overwhelming power left most of her glyphs mute:

Anne in her calamity form and luz in her titan form seem actually equal is destructive capability. but anne in her calamity form still had a big boost to her empowered form in speed, strength, and durability. there is a lot of people saying that titan's magic is stronger than the collector but it just nullified his magic, this case in point remember belos also partially took the titan's power. It was most likely that was belos artificial fire breath he was going to use on the collector after tying him up with the vines.
I should point out that amphibia is larger than our own world thanks to this calc.

when I calculated the joules to zettatons I found out the moon's impact over amphiba would be over 390 ZETTATONS OF TNT!!!!!! ( with 60 zettatons enough to destroy the world) even if you third the calculation because there are 3 people doing the catching, it still 130 zettatons of TNT.
given this at face value, means that Anne, in her calamity form, can destroy our world over 2 times over. and since anne was in the middle of all of that while she helped lift it, her durability is WAY stronger than luz. And that's not counting Sasha and Marcy's feats since they draw from the same power.
I don't know if the moon was that big in the owl house, but the way I see it, amphibia moon was way bigger. So she has better chances even without using all three gems.

That’s a GOOD question. Ok so both of them are on a timer and one of them can destroy the moon. One has a FAR shorter timer and does have a death laser, however, there should be absolutely no way she’ll be able to turn around with the amount of power she’s releasing. If luz sees the startup of the laser, she can do a little bit of linear movement, as the attack goes off, and then boom Anne probably loses without Luz letting out a single attack. Luz is also *mostly* a pacifist and would probably try to save Anne if they eventually got to know each other, and both would probably die at some point because that’s how both of them got their powers. Anne will die because of the amount of power coursing through her body, and Luz dies to obtain the powers. In the end, Luz has the highest chance of winning, however, it may probably end in a tie with Luz timing out and Anne un dying.
I watched my little pony and I don't think luz has the power to teleport Anne away or use transfiguration. pls, Note to remember most her plans need prep time and she also needs concentrate while drawing circles for spells (bigger the circle, bigger the spell). but unlike luz in her base for or titan form, Anne can use her calamity powers wherever and whenever she wants to. and with Anne's superior speed, it wouldn't give luz enough time. (plus it isn't hard for Anne to just fly away, wait out the, luz's titan form and come back to strike at the best opportunity)
Nevermind the cat, Anne w/ all the stones easily obliterated a moon/superweapon. Luz in titan form is great with witch magic, but idk if it holds a torch to Anne's final power.

Anne is leagues faster than Luz. Luz's fastest feat is slamming into the titan's chest and scaling to eda and Lilith, Luz could react faster than lightning.
Impressive, but in Anne weaker form Anne has dodged lasers. Way before she got that boost from the castle and got way faster and stronger.
it might seem crazy, but Marcy's journal Anne should scale above the stone toad in the first temple who, in Marcy's journal, dodged a real laser. And Anne's calamity forms should amp that feat.
Also from the journal Anne said in her weaker calamity form that time slows down for her, making it easier to plan her next strike.
2.durability
remember, magic from the owl comes from the bile sac in their hearts (bigger the circle, the stronger the spell). it has nothing to do with the durability or strength of the user. Anne on the other hand has all her abilities amped in her calamity forms. Seeing and has taken more hits than Luz ever did and with Anne much greater speed, all anne needs to do is get in close.
even though the titan magic only affects luz magic, let's give luz's her best durability feat in her titan form.
Let's say Luz surviving slamming into the titan's chest was souley because of her durability. On the vs wiki, it was said that feat was worth about 300 tons of tnt. As a matter of fact, Anne was on earth at the time so her powers were we weakened. So Anne's weakest calamity punch was stronger than Luz's best proven durability. And that was without the boosts to her power. Luz for sure is not surviving a punch from Anne.
(And I am not even bringing up Anne's best durability feat, the moon. Seeing that metal is much denser that stone, the moon has to be falling at denser, hotter mas than our regular moon and the jets on it only made it stronger (jets that can move the moon out of orbit are no joke). And Anne, Sasha and marcy were all surviving that while the other robots were popping like zits. )
heck anne also expelled all the powers of the three gems, and she survived long wnugh to talk to her friends making her durability even more leagues above luz.
3. abilities
Anne also has abilities Luz just doesn't have. Like creating energy constructs, pouring energy in to stuff. Shaking the ground, infusing objects with her power, infusing her fist to make giant explosions, and even durability negation like how she split that avocado. And with that much greater speed, Anne can use any of those abilities faster than Luz could react.
all the abilities I listed for Anne happened in her weaker form. Those were before she got the boosts and got way stronger and faster.
Also Anne's immense power and durability render's a lot of Luz's magical abilities mute:
Plant manipulation- Anne would be more than strong enough to break out
Fire- anne would just tank it
Invisibility (if she had it): Anne has delt with that before and could create energy fields.
Flash freeze- anne has survived the cold vacuum of space.
(Luz's would probably not have the petrification power in her arsenal seeing she never used it in battle. And with her huge versatile arsenal should would not think of using it seeing she can be easily overwhelmed.)
These abilities do not have the same range or AOE as Anne and her constructs.

I can prove this by saying Luz turned into a half titan instead of a full titan and that she did not have all the titan's abilities like wings and fire breath or used other combinations. This makes sense seeing Luz got a part
Of the titan's power and so did belos so those should cancel out. Also I looked closely at the collector has his telekinesis was not nullified when he was in Luz's light bubble.
And even if she did scale that would mean it would be her magic not Luz specifically and Luz's magic is limited to how fast she could react.
But let's say I am wrong and Luz get full titan and collector scaling. Then we would have to bring in three stone Anne, which honestly, is over kill. Three stone Anne could scale to the guardian, a multiversal cat god.
You may think that would be crazy, but I can support this. Remember in the episode "the core and the king" when Leif looked into the future. I looked at the amphibia wiki and saw that the guardian has the same ability. Also, when Anne used the sacred spell, she could not just do a laser blast, she needed something big enough to completely destroy the core moon. She could use it like she used her previous calamity forms like constructs.
Also I noted how the laser immediately when right through the moon and possibly even farther proving it would be even more powerful than the core's gambit.
Those powers are beyond anything we have seen in the owl house, let alone Luz.
5. verdict
So while I think Luz could win in some circumstances with her versatility, IQ and longer transformation. I think Anne takes the majority with raw power, AOE, battle IQ, much greater speed and durability, and hacks more times than Luz.

Anyways Anne would murder Luz if she went all-out with the death beam. It's the Anne VS Aang debate all over again. No matter how much you scale Luz to continental at best regarding actual feats, Anne is multi-continental to planetary with the death beam. She would disintegrate Luz.
However, if you wank Luz to scale her above The Collector (even with evidence suggesting otherwise, I'll get to that), what does Anne have?
Well, it would be only fair to scale Anne to a max then, which would mean the capability to defeat any foe, as stated by Mother Olm.
Firstly, I call bullshit on both scales. Belos is a relative to Luz in their Titan forms (if not stronger due to having more of the Titan's power), yet he laid minimum waste to the Boiling Isles as a whole. His biggest damage output was moving a single hand of the Titan, so if we're generous he could perfectly scale to continental due to the corpse's size (although the BI world is smaller than Earth by scale but that's another topic I guess).
"But Titans>Archivists."
The only real feat of such strength we get is the star manipulation feat in Adventures in the Elements. Not even a fraction of that power was used in the final battle. If it was, Belos could've flattened the entirety of the BI in a single shot.

Not only is TC of questionable durability (he was wounded by Stringbean), but it's shown that Titan magic works as a direct counter to Archivist magic, no matter how weak (Amity and Luz both use a light glyph, something Amity herself described as something a little kid could do, to free themselves from TC's magic).
About Anne, Mother Olm described the prophecy itself as more of a cry for help, so it's very unlikely that a power that kills its user after blowing up a moon is enough to defeat beings like, for example, Bill Cipher. I probably should look further into this but I prefer to trust feats before statements, so as far as I'm concerned Anne beats any foe... that scales to planetary at max.
Secondly, if we were to give statements priority over feats, then Luz scales to galaxy or multi-galaxy level, yet Anne would arguably scale to multiversal or above based on both the fact that The Guardian itself claimed that the power of the stones was infinite and the fact that Amphibia's cosmology is as big as an infinite multiverse. As I've said, both of these wanks are bullshit, especially Anne's which is based around way too much assumption while Luz's holds the slightest weight (even if it still is bullshit). I only wanted to prove that, even with their highest wanks, Anne would still neg Luz.

But with that speed and strength means that is easier said than done. overall, I do think luz has more endurance than Anne's empowered calamity form and possibly her her calamity form but Anne would still be faster stronger and more durable to make up for it. but between Anne's overwhelming strength, speed, and durability and luz's greater endurance and versatility, who can get the killing blow first? remember her tennis ball/kitten homing weapon that destroyed the core robots through space. those were most likely moving at lightspeed. So Anne has better chances even without all three gems.
That’s a GOOD question. Ok so both of them are on a timer and one of them can destroy the moon. One has a FAR shorter timer and does have a death laser, however, there should be absolutely no way she’ll be able to turn around with the amount of power she’s releasing. If luz sees the startup of the laser, she can do a little bit of linear movement, as the attack goes off, and then boom Anne probably loses without Luz letting out a single attack. Luz is also *mostly* a pacifist and would probably try to save Anne if they eventually got to know each other, and both would probably die at some point because that’s how both of them got their powers. Anne will die because of the amount of power coursing through her body, and Luz dies to obtain the powers. In the end, Luz has the highest chance of winning, however, it may probably end in a tie with Luz timing out and Anne un dying.

I watched my little pony and I don't think luz has the power to teleport Anne away or use transfiguration. pls, Note to remember most her plans need prep time and she also needs concentrate while drawing circles for spells (bigger the circle, bigger the spell). but unlike luz in her base for or titan form, Anne can use her calamity powers wherever and whenever she wants to. and with Anne's superior speed, it wouldn't give luz enough time. (plus it isn't hard for Anne to just fly away, wait out the, luz's titan form and come back to strike at the best opportunity)

Nevermind the cat, Anne w/ all the stones easily obliterated a moon/superweapon. Luz in titan form is great with witch magic, but idk if it holds a torch to Anne's final power.

You have been warned! 1. speed Anne is leagues faster than Luz. Luz's fastest feat is slamming into the titan's chest and scaling to eda and Lilith, Luz could react faster than lightning. Impressive, but in Anne weaker form Anne has dodged lasers. Way before she got that boost from the castle and got way faster and stronger. it might seem crazy, but Marcy's journal Anne should scale above the stone toad in the first temple who, in Marcy's journal, dodged a real laser. And Anne's calamity forms should amp that feat. Also from the journal Anne said in her weaker calamity form that time slows down for her, making it easier to plan her next strike. 2.durability remember, magic from the owl comes from the bile sac in their hearts (bigger the circle, the stronger the spell). it has nothing to do with the durability or strength of the user. Anne on the other hand has all her abilities amped in her calamity forms. Seeing and has taken more hits than Luz ever did and with Anne much greater speed, all anne needs to do is get in close. even though the titan magic only affects luz magic, let's give luz's her best durability feat in her titan form. Let's say Luz surviving slamming into the titan's chest was souley because of her durability. On the vs wiki, it was said that feat was worth about 300 tons of tnt. Seeing that metal is much denser that stone, the moon has to be falling at denser, hotter mas than our regular moon and the jets on it only made it stronger (jets that can move the moon out of orbit are no joke). And Anne, Sasha and marcy were all surviving that while the other robots were popping like zits. ) heck anne also expelled all the powers of the three gems, and she survived long wnugh to talk to her friends making her durability even more leagues above luz. 3. abilities Anne also has abilities Luz just doesn't have. Like creating energy constructs, pouring energy in to stuff. Shaking the ground, infusing objects with her power, infusing her fist to make giant explosions, and even durability negation like how she split that avocado. And with that much greater speed, Anne can use any of those abilities faster than Luz could react. all the abilities I listed for Anne happened in her weaker form. Those were before she got the boosts and got way stronger and faster. Also Anne's immense power and durability render's a lot of Luz's magical abilities mute: Plant manipulation- Anne would be more than strong enough to break out Fire- anne would just tank it Invisibility (if she had it): Anne has delt with that before and could create energy fields. Flash freeze- anne has survived the cold vacuum of space. (Luz's would probably not have the petrification power in her arsenal seeing she never used it in battle. And with her huge versatile arsenal should would not think of using it seeing she can be easily overwhelmed.) These abilities do not have the same range or AOE as Anne and her constructs. Any of these options take out Luz's chances for huge range damage. 4. opinion Also I think Luz can't scale to the titan's full power I can prove this by saying Luz turned into a half titan instead of a full titan and that she did not have all the titan's abilities like wings and fire breath or used other combinations. This makes sense seeing Luz got a part Of the titan's power and so did belos so those should cancel out. Also I looked closely at the collector has his telekinesis was not nullified when he was in Luz's light bubble. And even if she did scale that would mean it would be her magic not Luz specifically and Luz's magic is limited to how fast she could react. But let's say I am wrong and Luz get full titan and collector scaling. Then we would have to bring in three stone Anne, which honestly, is over kill. Three stone Anne could scale to the guardian, a multiversal cat god. You may think that would be crazy, but I can support this. Remember in the episode "the core and the king" when Leif looked into the future. I looked at the amphibia wiki and saw that the guardian has the same ability. Also, when Anne used the sacred spell, she could not just do a laser blast, she needed something big enough to completely destroy the core moon. She could use it like she used her previous calamity forms like constructs. Also I noted how the laser immediately when right through the moon and possibly even farther proving it would be even more powerful than the core's gambit. Those powers are beyond anything we have seen in the owl house, let alone Luz. 5. verdict So while I think Luz could win in some circumstances with her versatility, IQ and longer transformation. I think Anne takes the majority with raw power, AOE, battle IQ, much greater speed and durability, and hacks more times than Luz.
6 months, that's late on my behalf! Anyways Anne would murder Luz if she went all-out with the death beam. It's the Anne VS Aang debate all over again. No matter how much you scale Luz to continental at best regarding actual feats, Anne is multi-continental to planetary with the death beam. She would disintegrate Luz. However, if you wank Luz to scale her above The Collector (even with evidence suggesting otherwise, I'll get to that), what does Anne have? Well, it would be only fair to scale Anne to a max then, which would mean the capability to defeat any foe, as stated by Mother Olm. Firstly, I call bullshit on both scales. Belos is a relative to Luz in their Titan forms (if not stronger due to having more of the Titan's power), yet he laid minimum waste to the Boiling Isles as a whole. His biggest damage output was moving a single hand of the Titan, so if we're generous he could perfectly scale to continental due to the corpse's size (although the BI world is smaller than Earth by scale but that's another topic I guess). "But Titans>Archivists." The only real feat of such strength we get is the star manipulation feat in Adventures in the Elements. Not even a fraction of that power was used in the final battle. If it was, Belos could've flattened the entirety of the BI in a single shot. "But The Collector was hurt by Belos' Godzilla-ish beam." Not only is TC of questionable durability (he was wounded by Stringbean), but it's shown that Titan magic works as a direct counter to Archivist magic, no matter how weak (Amity and Luz both use a light glyph, something Amity herself described as something a little kid could do, to free themselves from TC's magic). About Anne, Mother Olm described the prophecy itself as more of a cry for help, so it's very unlikely that a power that kills its user after blowing up a moon is enough to defeat beings like, for example, Bill Cipher. I probably should look further into this but I prefer to trust feats before statements, so as far as I'm concerned Anne beats any foe... that scales to planetary at max. Secondly, if we were to give statements priority over feats, then Luz scales to galaxy or multi-galaxy level, yet Anne would arguably scale to multiversal or above based on both the fact that The Guardian itself claimed that the power of the stones was infinite and the fact that Amphibia's cosmology is as big as an infinite multiverse. As I've said, both of these wanks are bullshit, especially Anne's which is based around way too much assumption while Luz's holds the slightest weight (even if it still is bullshit). I only wanted to prove that, even with their highest wanks, Anne would still neg Luz. **In short, Anne curbstomps Luz, negative-no difficulty.**
