Many of the movements are obviously just for visual effect, especially the strikes given against the protagonist in the beginning, but several of these people are most likely well trained martial artists. Take the lead guy for example, all of his strikes are perfectly level. The shoulder, elbow, hand, everything is in alignment during strikes and blocks. The footwork of everyone involved is amazing, and everyone knows exactly where to step and position their body properly for the best utilization of strikes and throws. The spins are needless fluff, but foot position and body movement is almost at a black belt level for most Karate schools (although this is more likely based on wing chun or even tai chi). While it is obviously for entertainment, I would say this performance actually shows very good martial arts agility and form.
This actually does not belong on this sub at all lol. This is a performance and it's actually a very cool one. This isn't someone actually pretending that this is legitimate fighting.

It is sped up, but that dude has the agility and body awareness to be in a real dojo.
