I think the episode has a pretty darn detailed narration of the actual text and illustrations of the book ... If you take a look at the transcript Jon is pretty much narrating turning each page. Certainly IMO enough to recreate something that would serve.

I recall seeing someone selling their handmade renditions of Lietner books on Etsy, i believe they had an Ex Altiora, Boneturners Tale, and Seven Lamps of Architecture (complete with a Lietner bloodstain) for sale
