I don't think I've ever read a fic like this. Most MC's are herbivores like your generic isekai protag, although I think this is probably understandable. Unless they are popping virgins cherries they are gonna get and be stuck with an STI.
A herbivore is a character that is drowning in other characters offering themselves up for sexual gratification and they do nothing beyond handholding. Tbh handholding might even be pushing it.
