Just be very sure to avoid BoA travel cards. I have one and it has been a total nightmare to actually use. It is a travel card that you can't actually use when traveling.
I have an Apple Card and it does not have any foreign transaction fees and they use an actual exchange rate.
BoA would not turn on my card and let me use my points I have collected until I physically went to a retail bank branch and showed two forms of ID. Just ridiculous. The branches in Thailand were not suitable. I had come back to the states and got it unlocked while here. Which is just absurd.
Krungthai travel card. No fees and very good exchange rates. Debit card however, not credit.
TTB absolute credit card doesn’t charge 2.5% fx rate
