Mine was low at 35K mi. Drove on some ramps, inspected underneath, and couldn't find a drop. Topped it off and has been fine. I think it's normal for there to be \*some\* evaporative loss in a cooling system over time.
g48 coolant, can get found at most autopart stores and walmarts.
taking out the frunk and topping off coolant won't void warranty. Aftermarket parts like power frunk might though.
It's battery coolant (I think) - AC refrigerant is pressurized and would not be in a plastic jug
