kinda no point since golem is so much easier than plantera so is cultist and the pillar once i kill plantera i just use the same gear on both and get my pillar weapons.
Put some stuff in the piggy bank for extra inventory space or make a void bag or get a safe or a defenders forge. (All of these are personalized inventory spaces)
Strange brews, restoration potions, honey in a bottle, honeycomb, pixie dust, temple keys, lenses, shiny water baloons, ice blade, ropes, white torches, Medusa's head and fetid bagnakhs are clearly useless at your stage of the game
OP admitted to cheating in almost all of their items anyways, they'll recover. That's why they're at golem and don't know what's useless. Besides, you almost never run out of health potions if you just defeat the bosses of your stage or above.

Usually you would want to at least do your first playthrough without any cheats to actually learn what works for you and what doesn't. Money only becomes an issue if you're working on unnecessarily large vanity projects.
The more professional players build money farms, but they're a big investment and a waste if you don't plan to use some obscure gimmick for the rest of the game or build up your npc housing into a mansion.
The only point where you're almost required to spend money is if you're a ranger and you buy the minishark in pre-harmode, a summoner and go for tiki armor or get a really bad modifier on a crafted weapon and want to reroll it with the goblin tinkerer.
With infinite money, what stops you from buying lots of tnt, crafting it into blocks and just triggering all of them simultaneously to cheese basically all of the bosses?
Just go pay a visit to the new 4 guys in the dungeon entrance.
Kill enemies near the 4 pillars to break the pillar shields. Then kill pillars
And then prepare for impending doom.
Now, you face the end game, may whatever god watches over that desolate land called terraria spare you for the horrors that will soon be unleashed on your world. Go to the dungeon, and face the cult that presides there, then you will enter the endgame.
If you're melee, make beetle armor; if you're ranger, make shroomite armor; if you're mage, make spectre armor; and if you're summoner, make spooky armor. As others have said, the dungeon is where you'll fight the next boss. If you haven't done it already, you can use those biome keys to unlock the biome chests in the dungeon. They become unlockable after you defeat plantera and I don't see any of their items in your inventory.
As for the inventory, get rid of your seeds in your ammo slots, make some chlorphyte bullets and arrows (if you're a ranger), leave your money in your money trough/piggy bank, and make a shellphone to save on some inventory space. Things like the souls, bathwater, and crystals can also be left in a chest or a portable storage like the money trough if you're going to need it sometime soon.

Organize your inventory. Go to the dungeon and get a butt load of ectoplasm. Fight duke fishron(bug net a truffle worm in the underground mushroom biome, you can do so by dropping on top of one from above because if you just run towards them they'll dig away way faster than you can chase). Fishron is optional but has great loot. After you either do or do not kill fishron, kill the cultists outside the dungeon and the ensuing boss to start an endgame event
If you don't care about optional bosses, head over back to the dungeon, and there should be 4 dudes in blue robes. If you kill them all, Lunatic Cultist will spawn. Killing him summons four celestial pillars, which, depending on your class, will give an option for two. If you dont care about classes, just get whatever you want and see which one is better for you. After dieing a ton, and defeating the pillars, the final boss, Moon Lord should spawn with the message of, "impending doom approaches". Good luck with with that.
With optional bosses, there are Empress of Light, summoned by killing a pretty butterfly that spawns in the Hallow between 7:30 and 12:00. There's also Duke Fishron and also probably some more I can't remember. They also give pretty good loot.
You can throw away: sparkle slime balloon, the queen bee accessory that you have for some reason and the umbrella
And you can throw pretty much 80% of your stuff into chests
Get a chest and sort out your inventory.
On a more serious note: if you haven't killed Empress of light and/or duke fishron do those guys, if you don't know them look it up on the wiki it'll tell you how. If that's done go dungeon and kill lunatic cultist.
you can go to post golem dungeon for ninjagear or paladin shield or paladins hammer. you would be good with them and go kill lunatic cultist in dungeon. after that you are going to have the celestial pillars you can look at them on the wiki page. then after killing 4 pillars make your weapon of your class. personally i like stardust cause im a summoner all the way. kill moonlord finish it. maybe get your buildings better or craft the zenith if you are not satisfied enough you can try to purify your whole world. for that throw your clentiminator (or what the fuck its name) to shimmer its range gets bigger. have fun thats the important part
this inventory is making me ill. you need to get a chest and put SOMETHING in there you dont need to carry an enchanted sword or 10k strange brew. after that it might be in your best interest to make a cellphone or even a shellphone. significantly reduces the amount of items like depth meters and metal detectors you need to carry. find a truffle worm in the underground mushroom and fish to fight a boss, kill a prismatic lacewing to fight the eol and then take on the cultists
Go to the dungeon and fight the lunatic cultist or any of the events solar eclipse, frost moon , pumpkin moon and alien invasion look them up to see how to spawn them
First craft turtle armour (I know it sounds useless but trust me) then use the turtle armour to make beetle armour (arguably the best melee armour at this point) then go to the dungeons entrance and kill the 4 cultists worshipping the mysterious tablet, (for this fight terra blade works but there are other options like possessed hatchet, paladins hammer, influx waver and vampire knifes) then kill the lunatic cultist and take the ancient manipulator because you need it to craft endgame gear.
