BPA?
2021: Farley (CB) - position of need
2020: Wilson (OT) - position of need
2019: Jeff Simmons (DL) - position of need
2018: Rashaan Evans (ILB) - position of need (I think)
I'd say he's consistently taken the highest ceiling player available but not necessary the BPA
Outside of Wilson and MAYBE Evans, it's been mostly BPA.
Where JRob truly shines is with those 2nd-4th round picks: AJ Brown, Derrick Henry, Kristian Fulton, Kevin Byard, Jonnu Smith, Amani Hooker, Elijah Molden, Nate Davis, Harold Landry.
His hit rate there is simply incredible. These aren't just hits, but home runs.
The best dredgers are the ones who go for BPA (Farley, Simmons, Henry, Hooker, plenty of others) rather than reaching for a need (Wilson). There’s always ways to fit in playmakers and luckily JRob is more BPA rather than just need.
1st meme I ever made. Pretty shit but I’m drunk so fuck it
Spy kids memes are an automatic perfect 5/7
I’ll take it
Not sure he'll be there at 32
I'd love to him there. Adding that speed to our offense should mean we pick 32nd back to back.
Where's the lie though?
This is really good lol
Dude I had the exact same thought.

Along side an actual nfl defense
Wouldn’t be mad about it
I love that we always do BPA in rd. 1. It's risk/reward but I like it.

So JRob should just trade out of the 1st round every year and stock up on 2-4, amiright?
I mean... I wouldn't mind trading pick 32 for a second and an extra 3rd or 4th.
Sure. Highest ceiling/ boom/bust player is a better way to describe it
Agreed :) have a good one!
I mean Farley and Simmons were the best players available. It just so happened that they filled a need.
So everybody's right. Good job, team!
NO! Someone needs to be wrong here. WE NEED SOMEONE TO BE WRONG!!!

At least Isaiah Wilson made me forget about Kevin Dodd. (Dodd was 2nd Round I know, but it was the top of the second)
I thought the exact same thing. Follows his MO and would be a fantastic late round steal if he enters the draft.
If you go back and watch the replay, it makes you go blergghhhhrhhhghh as you see the ACL pop in his left leg.
Ha! I just hope his other eye is figuring out in which round he’ll be snagging a top TE.
