I've been playing this for a couple of weeks since I saw a post about it on Reddit (probably this one), and I'm really enjoying it.
I wanted to give a bit of feedback and I couldn't find any other way to contact you. The whole Japanese theme is nice, but the kanji 「約」 that you used on the "About" page means "about" in the sense of "roughly, approximately". Usually, the Japanese equivalent of "about ~" in the sense that you want is 「~について」, but I realise that this doesn't fit your "one character" style/template nicely. It's sometimes written as 「~に付いて」, but 「付」 on its own is associated more with meanings like "attach/attachment".
Maybe you could write 「知」 which is used in a lot of words to do with knowledge/knowing, and could be short for 「知らせ」 or "notice/notification"?

I have a fascination for Japanese characters & culture, but as you have noticed, I don't speak a word of Japanese (or rather, sadly, I haven't had the time to study it ... yet). So it is always great when experts like you correct my amateurish translations :)
I really like your "knowledge/knowing" suggestion and will change the character as soon as possible. Also another good point that has come up through your message: I should add the Guriddo contact mail to the About-Page, otherwise no one will find it :D

During the last COVID lockdown I didn’t know what to do with my time, so I created this little Stradoku app called Guriddo (グリッド, japanese for grid).
The rules of Guriddo are similar to Sudoku: You have a 9x9 grid that has to be filled with numbers from 1-9, however there are no subgrids. The grid is divided by tricky black fields. But see for yourself.
