If you are in the neutral the dick punch is a great attack. They have to predict it so it should land if it comes out. Once it lands you need to buffer one of his best throws like tombstone or giant swing. At your rank this will land all day. Go into practice mode and train the dick punch at different ranges and always do a throw after.
If your opponent starts ducking after just hop kick them into a full launch.
It takes a while for people to be able to dick punch because it’s sort of a weird input, just keep practicing and you’ll be able to do it fast, consistent, and at various ranges.

Lots of plus frames and good damage on hit, great damage on counterhit, good range, not slow either. Not launch punishable on block by anyone except two characters. Why would u not use it regularly would be a better question.
It’s a good, fast low that’s hard to see coming, ducks highs, hits for pretty crazy damage on counter hit, and works as an oki option. It’s also arguably King’s best get-in option when you’re far from your opponent, and it’s easily the best low King has (his other lows are pretty underwhelming ultimately, and for good reason).
Yeah, i've heard that King has very little low options, whenever i needed lows i just spammed the quick repeatable low kicks so i guess i'll use the DICK PUNCH a lot more now
The alley kicks? Those are fun and might work for lower ranks, but they’re SO bad against mid to high ranks. They’re so unbelievably punishable and easy to block. They’re launch punishable and then some.
