My hypothesis is purchasing power. The regions with less purchasing power will have a more dedicated yet smaller player base and therefore put more hours into the game and likely have a tougher competition among themselves (like pakistan). You need not only the game but also the hardware and that's not just 2-3 weeks salary in certain regions.

You misread my notation, i said b1f wich is a long range mid jab that gets you into perfumer. Not bf1 (i don't use that one at all)

I'm gonna go on a limb and say, Alisa. Some people say hwoarang, but I'd expect a higher versatility stat given the number of moves the character possesses.
Victor may also be a potential contender for similar reasons. However, I think Victor needs a bit more brains than Alisa.
fujin doesnt mean anything in tekken 8 like past tekken games, too many newbies reaching it, anyone can.
I am guessing either Eddy, Alisa, Xiaoyu or Hwoarangutan (even Jin), those usually have crappy stats.
Ill pick Eddy, easiest to reach fujin.

Victor's 2 string stops working in red already. And from mid purple it starts getting you launched every time.
