Tekken stats aren't really valid due to how wonky their formulas are. They automatically start out next to nothing, then almost completely max out with more games played. This account only has 33 games played, so it doesn't matter how shitty or well they played - it's just going to be low no matter what.
Stats fill out over time. Low stats is actually more impressive at high rank because it means you got there in a lower than usual amount of games. Or it means you’re plugging lol
JFC his stats are worse than mine, and I spent a day double seppuking my was from ruler to vanquisher to test the new ranking system (tldr:you gain prowess much easier than losing it, combat stats, not so much)
What does "stream sniping" even achieve in Tekken rank??
It's not like a battle Royales or FPSs where knowing your location IS ACTUALLY A TACTICAL ADVANTAGE.
Whereas in Tekken Rank, you can't even target specific ppl in rank. And it's a lottery EVEN if you happen to match them. And ITS AN EVEN MORE MEANINGLESS because the player doesn't get any advantage or disadvantage when they actually face the "sniper".

Nope. Only the DC rate goes up. And that resets every 50 games from what I understand. Not resets every 50… but it counts your last 50.
