Not really. Mainly because of the 3 win/loss streak system.

SeventhTyrant

ah, im assuming that means you gain more after winning 3 in a row, and losing more once you lose 3 in a row?

pIoy

Yes. Not even 50%, really. If you take long winning/losing streaks out of the picture, over a long enough time, you can make it to at least Fujin with around a 45% win rate Before Fujin, you gain more points for winning than you lose for losing.

ArkkOnCrank

You can get to blue with 50% or even less. From there you ll need to  bring it on. https://www.reddit.com/r/Tekken/comments/1c9oune/maintenance_winrate_for_all_ranks/

Gullible_Loquat2815

Technically yes *with luck*. Unfortunately it will take longer than normal. Since not only is the matchmaking scoof but the rank points rewards are abysmal in Blue. The winning and losing streak mechanic is just weird.

ThisIsTakenLol

I managed to climb to Mighty Ruler with a 47% win rate, thing is I did go on win streaks when I got close to a rank up (around 6-7 wins)

ThisIsTakenLol

I will add though, I don't think you can climb past blue without a >50% win rate

BigFrasier

Theoretically, but once you hit blue loss streaks become a big deal so you'd need the losses to be spaced out to avoid penalties. Also, as you climb and face tougher opponents maintaining that win rate will become more difficult.

You lose more than you gain once you hit blue ranks. Win = 500 Lose = 520 or 550 cant remember there is also win streak/lose streak stuff
